The Prayer

Five appointments a day — their times, units, and words, exactly as he ﷺ prayed them.

The spine of the practice. The prayer was the Prophet's ﷺ own demonstration — “pray as you have seen me pray” — so the station files it as a demonstrated act: the five times and what fixes them, the units of each, the words and postures in order, then the congregational Friday. Everything cited, nothing folklore.
