The terms, plainly.

Acceptance

By using Didn't He Say (the "platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What the platform is

The platform publishes claims, sources, verdicts, and long-form analysis for educational and research purposes. Verdicts are the platform's own assessments, always published together with their sources so you can check them yourself.

Nothing here is professional, legal, or pastoral advice. The platform asks you to verify — that includes verifying us.

Your use

You may read, share, and cite the platform's content with attribution and a link to the page you are citing.

You may not misrepresent the platform's content, present modified content as ours, scrape the platform at a scale that degrades it for others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's services or API.

Intellectual property

The platform's original content — analysis, verdicts, page text, and design — is © Didn't He Say, all rights reserved, with citation permitted as described above.

Qur'anic text, hadith texts, scripture quotations, and cited primary sources belong to their sources and are reproduced for study and reference in their original form.

Accounts

The platform currently operates without user accounts. When accounts launch, additional terms covering registration and stored progress will be published here before they apply.

Corrections and liability

Content is published in good faith with sources attached. If we got a fact wrong, we publish the correction in the open log and note it on the page — that is a standing commitment, not a favor.

The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Didn't He Say is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be dated on this page; continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
